Legal costs

Your case can be funded either through a no win no fee agreement or a legal expenses insurance policy if you already have one. The latter could be part of your car or household insurance; those enquiries can be made for you.

A no win no fee agreement will provide that:

• If you win your legal costs are recoverd from the other party ( more likely their insurer ) and we will not ask you for any we do not recover
• If you lose you pay nothing and insurance will have been arranged (at no cost to you) to cover any legal costs and expenses to be paid to the other party

You will not be asked to cover the cost of anything (eg medical reports, insurance premiums) as the case goes along.
